Love and Patience are our Secrets!We are a Mom and Daughter team from Olympia, WA.Our caramel is made with a recipe we've been using for over 20 years. Each batch takes over an hour to make, with constant stirring which gives it a dense, ultra-creamy consistency. No rush-rush caramels here! We love traditions, and love tweaking them. Vanilla mallow? How about a chocolate mallow with Nutella? Or a lemon mallow with lemon curd? Or a caramel made with honey?
